For the past 40 years, we have been leaders in the production of oriental frozen snacks, exclusive finger food and the original Sweet Layer Cake – all for the professional kitchen. Our success is based on four pillars: purity, health, convenience and quality; and our aim is that everyone has the opportunity to eat high-quality good food at all times. Inspired by recipes from a range of different Asian countries, under BRC certificate (level 8.A), we created an extensive range of convenience finger food at our own production site in Broek op Langedijk.
We believe it’s vital that we continue to advise and inspire customers, and we do this by listening carefully to the customer’s requirements and by keeping on top of developments in the food industry. We monitor the global trends and translate these developments into innovative and surprising products that enhance our basic range – thereby remaining a source of inspiration for catering industry entrepreneurs.
Because kitchen teams are becoming increasingly smaller within the catering industry, the chef needs more support, without having to compromise on quality. That’s where we come into play. After all, the combination of quality and convenience is precisely what sets us apart. Many products can also be used in different ways; not just as appetizers, but also as part of an extensive dish or a sharing dish.
