Responsibilities:
As a Service Engineer/Technician, you will:
– Provide installation and preventive maintenance services on DÜBÖR equipment, ensuring ongoing improvements for customers.
– Perform practical preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize system performance.
– Diagnose and resolve issues both on-site and remotely.
– Maintain contact with customers to ensure a consistently positive relationship and follow up on customer concerns and issues.
– Offer production support and training to customers on DÜBÖR equipment.
– Carry out all work in line with DÜBÖR standards and requirements, with respect to product quality.
Requirements:
– You have a technical or engineering background and at least 2 years of relevant technical experience, including mechanical and basic electrical experience.
– Experience in the food industry, particularly in the bakery sector, is an advantage.
– Knowledge of automation systems is ideal.
– Excellent command of Dutch and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
– Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is an advantage.
– Willingness to travel.
