The Brouwer Rack oven ensures optimum baking results through a constant air flow and an automatic steam supply. This oven is very energy efficient due to a special combustion chamber, which ensures maximum heat output. The heat is retained during the change of charges by an extra large laid out steam unit, which also ensures an optimal steam supply. The Brouwer rotary oven is equipped with a Low-Nox burner that can be placed above, behind or to the side as desired. Everything is coordinated in consultation with the customer, which makes it possible to deliver the oven completely according to your wishes.
