Pain Minute Fresh Concept is an innovative bread making agent. You make your daily bread recipes with it. The bread is removed from the oven at about 75% of the baking time and has already acquired its final colour. After cooling, it will be refrigerated at about 4°C
kept in an airtight container against drying out.
When you need the bread, bake for 5 to 6 minutes in a warm oven at 210°C. After cooling down for about 25-30 minutes you will get a fresh bread with a thin crispy crust and the bread can be sliced immediately.
The bread has a good shelf life for several
