Ultracut EOS

The products to be cut are placed in the machine manually.
A coded carrier plate system allows easy and accurate centering of the products under the cutting head.
A safety light grid on the front protects the operator and switches the machine off immediately when activated.
The machine is equipped with two mutually movable ultrasonic knives. These are automatically positioned depending on the loaded recipe.
