The Ultracut Filou is an automatically working ultrasonic cutting machine to cut blocks or sheets of product in cross- and lengthwise direction and round cakes in portions, lying directly on a cutting table.
The cutting process works stepwise.
– The products are placed manually directly on a cutting desk in the machine.
– Start the program by pushing a button.
– Manually take out after cutting process.
A knife guard prevents major damage to the knives, which comes through baking sheet contact by deformed sheets.
A hygienic cleaning station for cleaning the blade by spraying fresh water on it and drying with compressed air permits an automatically cleaning in periodic intervals.
The whole machine is designed for easy and fast cleaning based on the EHEDG guidelines.
