FT stands for Freeze Tolerant and is the result of patient selection work in combination with adapted production conditions. This yeast offers specific advantages in braking and freezing applications, both in the short and long term.

LIQUID YEAST – STORAGE AND DOSAGE
KASTALIA
Kastalia is a dispenser that ferments Bruggeman+ in cooled,
liquid form doses via a bag-in-box, packaged under the
best hygienic conditions. In addition to Bruggeman+ yeast
can Kastalia also dose Livendo sourdoughs.
Liquid yeast has, in addition to the well-known Bruggeman+
advantages, some more advantages:
• the yeast is absorbed more quickly into the dough and thus gives
