Dutch Pastry Award
Bakkersvak & IJs-Vak is also the right place for prestigious professional competitions. For example the Dutch Pastry Team organizes the Dutch Pastry Award every year. This professional competition at the highest pastry level will be organized for the 22nd time next year.
ICE- PROFESSIONALCOMPETITIONS
In collaboration with the Ambachtelijk IJscentrum various Ice competitions take place. With the addition of the Netherlands’ leading professional competitions for artisan ice cream makers the picture is complete.
